Q: Can you print my file?

A: Yes it is very likely we can print your file.

Q: What file formats does park agency accept?

A: We prefer that customers send us print ready PDF files (exported at ‘Press Quality’). While we can accept other formats, PDF ensures the all the fonts and associated media files are not left out, or show up differently on our system. Please review the PDF export on your computer, and if it looks ok there, it will likely print ok over here. Please leave a bleed allowance if you wish to not have a white border (full bleed) click here for more information on ‘bleed’ and ‘text safe area’.

Q: What are the specifications required for my print project?

A: We recommend leaving a minimum of .125 inch (3.175 mm) bleed around each side of the file. Please note this bleed will be cut off, so do not put anything important in, or very close to that area. It is also good to leave text safe area, keeping the text away from the edge, where it may get cut off. Click here for more information on bleeds and text safe area.

Q: If I upload/order online, how long will it take to print my file?

A: We work to turn around projects as fast as possible, but as we are manufacturing the final product from scratch, please understand it may take some time to put together larger orders. Turnaround times can vary, depending on the size of the order and our current production cue. We communicate by email, updating you on the status of your order.
